Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribers. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be provided following a consultation. Prescriptions are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared or transferred to another person.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. Failure to do so may result in harm and may constitute a breach of these terms.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Where payment is declined or found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel your order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary and are subject to factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications are dispatched using appropriate temperature-controlled and discreet packaging where required. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations governing the return of prescription medicines.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Melrose are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any treatment you receive through our service.
Results from weight loss treatments vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
